How AI is Reshaping the Future: National Strategist John Eddy to Speak at AI in the Rock

As artificial intelligence continues to evolve at a breakneck pace, its influence is reshaping everything from national security and infrastructure to business strategy and economic development. On Wednesday, July 30, Arkansas professionals will have the rare chance to hear from a national leader in this space: John Eddy, Executive Director of the Endless Frontiers Institute.

Eddy will headline July’s AI in the Rock meetup with a talk titled “Where is AI going? The Next Frontier: AI’s Role in Reshaping the World.” The free event will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at 200 W Capitol Ave, 4th Floor, in downtown Little Rock. Food and beverages will be provided. [RSVP here](#).

As Executive Director of the Endless Frontiers Institute and an Executive-in-Residence at America’s Frontier Fund, Eddy works at the intersection of policy, innovation, and frontier tech—including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and advanced materials. His July 30 talk will offer insights into how AI is transforming U.S. infrastructure and security—and what it means for local business leaders.

> “We are entering a new phase of re-industrialization efforts, and you will see both American companies and interests investing more in U.S. infrastructure and allied partnerships,” said Eddy. “There needs to be scaling for domestic and military infrastructure—that’s going to be the next significant effort for deploying AI right now. I look forward to discussing this so that local Arkansas companies can begin to re-adjust and consider the economic strategy they want to pursue in a more competitive world.”

From scaling military logistics to driving innovation in the heavy industrial sector, AI is playing a central role in preparing the U.S. economy for the next generation of jobs. Eddy argues that states like Arkansas are well-positioned to benefit—if businesses act now.

> “If we can encourage people to engage more with AI and integrate it into their systems, they’ll stay ahead of their competitors. If we invest in the infrastructure for the heavy industrial sector, we will be better positioned for future skills and jobs in Arkansas,” Eddy said.

Whether you're an entrepreneur, policymaker, educator, or investor, this talk is a chance to gain a deeper understanding of how AI is reshaping the future—and how Arkansas can lead in that transformation.
